CONDITIONS OF HIRE
1.When you book a £50 deposit is required for each week. This secures your booking. Due to a large amount of enquirys your deposits MUST reach us within 7 days of receiving your booking form. If you are booking 4 weeks prior to your holiday stay the full amount must be paid within 7 days.

This deposit, if holiday is cancelled is non-refundable. Bookings are from 2pm on the saturday of arrival to 10am on the saturday of departure. We will be happy to allow you to arrive earlier if you wish by arrangement with our cleaner.( No earlier than 12.30pm) ** YOU MUST DEPART AT 10am **

2.On receiving your payment a receipt will be returned,this will confirm your booking and show the remaining balance to be paid 4 weeks before your holiday. However,no further reminder will be sent,should your payment not reach us by the due date we reserve the right to re-let the caravan. For special events and short notice breaks the full amount must be sent to us within 7 days. As you can appreciate we have a large amount of enquiries for our holiday homes. No reminder or phone call will be made to chase payment. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO LET ANOTHER GUEST HAVE THE HOLIDAY WHILE WAITING FOR PAYMENTS. If you are booking for a new season we require the £50 deposit within 7 days

3.An additional £50 refundable holding deposit is added to the holiday price, this is refunded to you after your holiday as long as the caravan has been left clean and tidy and there are no breakages or damages caused during your stay. Any damage caused to the caravan and the £50 will be kept towards the cost. The £50 refundable holding deposit will be refunded after 7 days following your stay by first class post.

4 small pets are allowed but they must be kept on a lead at all times

5.No all female or all male parties accepted.No bookings will be accepted for young groups or young parties consisting of all male or all female parties. The hirer must be over the age of 21 and at least 25 years of age when booking an adult only break.

6.If in the opinion of the site manager,any party is guilty of unreasonable conduct which causes a nuisance to other park guests, the owner or site manager may re-take possession of accommodation immediately without compensation to the party.

7.The accommodation shall be used only by persons listed on the booking form unless alteration has been given by the owners,any breach of this condition shall entitle the owners to terminate the booking with no refund. The caravan is for 8 people only, due to insurance purposes anymore people that are not listed on the booking form will be breaking the rules.

8.The lead person on the booking form shall be responsible for all members of the party,please ensure that no items provided in the caravan are removed during or after your stay. You are responsible for all contents in the caravan during your stay any breakage`s or damage to the furniture, fixtures, fittings, inventory or caravan must be paid for by the lead name on the booking form.Please ensure that our holiday home is left clean,tidy and ready for the next guests. We will replace any monies that have been spent towards replacements providing a reciept has been obtained.

9 we do not accept liabilty for any personal injury,loss or damage which may be sustained by the applicants or their party, during their holiday.

10.Please respect our carpets, the £50 bond will be KEPT for the cleaning of them if heavily soiled. Please leave muddy shoes outside. Thank you.

11.Cheques should be made payable to mrs j varley .Cash payments must be sent by registered post.
